2023 ATP Gala Award Nomination
On November 9, 2023, ATP will recognize an extraordinary group of individuals for their innovation, leadership, and industry impact at the Annual Awards Gala. This year, we will present seven awards to outstanding individuals who have demonstrated the award criteria listed below.

2023 ATP Gala Company Category Definitions – All finalists must reside in the Greater Atlanta Area
- Startup is defined as a company that has less than 100 employees and generates between $5 million and $10 million in annual revenue
- Mid-Market is defined as a company that has between 101-500 employees and between $10 million and $1 billion in annual revenue
- Enterprise is defined as a company that has over 1,000 employees and over $1 billion in annual revenue
- Technology Service Provider is defined as a company that provides products or services in areas such as managed services, technology consulting, application service providers, cloud providers, and development

Startup
Startup Disruptor Award
- Founder or Co-Founder
- Produced a product or service that displaced or significantly changed an established technology
- Created a new way of doing business or significantly altered an existing way of doing business
All Company Sizes
IT Professional Award
- IT Professionals who are not in a Leadership Role
- Works as an IT professional
- Excels in their respective organization
- Embodies the core ATP principles of connecting, learning and giving back
Enterprise or Mid-Market
Innovation Award
- VP (or equivalent) Level or Higher
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and excellence in transforming traditional business processes or go-to-market strategy
- Innovated or created a new product or service internally or externally that creates a measurable business value and benefit
All Company Sizes
Emerging Leader Award
- Team Lead, Manager or Director and been in this position for a minimum of one year (no current c-suite or equivalent)
- Demonstrated the potential for senior leadership and continuing growth
- Serves as a mentor for their peers or as a top performer within their organization
- Unites and inspires others towards a common goal
All Company Sizes
Technology Service Provider Award
- VP (or equivalent) Level or Higher and been in this position for a minimum of one year
- Works for a Technology Service Provider
- Led a technology service initiative that produced significant improvement in quality, cost, productivity, revenue, and/or customer service
- Over the last year, demonstrated excellence in technology service as indicated by high customer satisfaction, company growth, customer acquisition, etc.
All Company Sizes
Executive Leadership Award
- VP (or equivalent) Level or Higher and been in this position for a minimum of one year
- Drives the effective use of technology to improve a company’s business performance
- Plans beyond near-term tactical needs to long-term strategic objectives
- Maintains a positive and empowering work environment
- Viewed as a leader by others in the company and community
- Encourages colleagues to identify different ways of thinking and working
All Company Sizes
The Connector Award in Memory of Dan Webber
- Any title, open to an individual producer or leadership role in the technology industry
- Connects others and helps drives business, community, or social change through professional networking
- Open-minded and focused on continuously learning through personal involvement or teaching in the community
- Gives back to the Atlanta Technology Professional community and has made a significant impact with ATP’s partners
- Demonstrates exceptional characteristics in five categories: growth, leadership, innovation, collaboration, and community involvement
- Represents a company that delivers value through sound business practices, and uses innovative technologies to collaborate with their customers and vendors
