2024 ATP Gala Award Nomination
Each year, ATP honors an extraordinary group of individuals for their innovation, leadership, and industry impact at the Annual Awards Gala. This year, we will present five awards to outstanding individuals who meet the following criteria.

2024 ATP Gala Category Definitions
Geography: All finalists must reside in the Greater Atlanta Area
- Startup: Company that has less than 100 employees and generates between $5 million and $10 million in annual revenu
- Mid-Market: Company that has between 101-500 employees and between $10 million and $1 billion in annual revenue.
- Enterprise: Company that has over 1,000 employees and over $1 billion in annual revenue
- Technology Service Provider: Company that provides products or services in areas such as managed services, technology consulting, application service providers, cloud providers and development.
All Company Sizes
Emerging Leader Award
- Nominee Title(s): Team Lead, Manager or Director and been in this position for a minimum of one year (no current c-suite, VP or equivalent)
- Demonstrates the potential for senior leadership and continuing growth
- Serves as a mentor for their peers or as a top performer within their organization
- Unites and inspires others towards a common goal
- Must be a technologist (Non-Vendor)
All Company Sizes
Executive Leadership Award
- Nominee Title(s): VP (or equivalent) Level or Higher and been in this position for a minimum of one year
- Drives the effective use of technology to improve a company’s business performance
- Plans beyond near-term tactical needs to long-term strategic objectives
- Maintains a positive and empowering work environment
- Viewed as a leader by others in the company and community
- Encourages colleagues to identify different ways of thinking and working
- Must be a technologist (Non-Vendor)

Innovation Disruptor Award
- VP (or equivalent) Level or Higher
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and excellence in transforming traditional business processes or go-to-market strategy
- Innovated or created a new product or service internally or externally that creates a measurable business value and benefit
All Company Sizes
Technology Service Provider Award
- Nominee Title(s): VP (or equivalent) Level or Higher and been in this position for a minimum of one year
- Works for a Technology Service Provider
- Led a technology service initiative that produced significant improvement in quality, cost, productivity, revenue, and/or customer service
- Over the last year, demonstrated excellence in technology service as indicated by high customer satisfaction, company growth, customer acquisition, etc.

IT Professional Award
- Nominee Title(s): IT professionals who are not in a leadership role
- Works as an IT practitioner
- Excels in their respective organization
- Embodies the core ATP principles of connecting, learning and giving back
